Ms Jess Hawk

Founder
Ms Jess Hawk is a Rigger from Virginia Beach with 6 years of experience in the Kink/Rope community. Her experience started with bottoming and lead to solely self tying and rigging. She has taught rope classes in a variety of techniques such as beginner rope, bottoming (both beginners and advanced) and predicament bondage and CBT. She has also performed in both sides of the slash for special events and performances. She volunteers her time to local groups and special events associated with the lifestyle. Her Kinbaku is a dance of the harmony between two souls, a balance that is necessary to allow the flow to be intimate and intuitive. Her approach ban bring the female sensuality and even beauty to her sadism and torture.
Ms Mandy VonStrange

Ms Mandy VonStrange

Founder | Current Leader
Ms Mandy VonStrange is a rigger from Virginia Beach with 3 public years in the Rope Community. Her experience started with self tying at home and and learning as many knots as possible. After joining the Hampton Roads Community publicly, she found inspiration from fellow local Riggers and began to create her own style. She has taught classes on beginner rope and self-tying in the Hampton Roads and Williamsburg Area. She has performed at the MX Virgina Leather competition in 2018 and various local events. She volunteers her time to leading Fem Rope, The Collective Rope Lab, and private events. Her Style is an ever changing flow of energy between top and bottom and while the ties may look the same each tie is specially crafted to her bottoms body. She focuses on the energy flow through the rope between herself and the bottom, allowing for sensuality, beauty, or pain, depending on the mood.

About Fem Rope Hampton Roads

Fem Rope Hampton Roads is a group to celebrate and empower Female identifying (and NB) individuals participating in rope through the provision of education, support, resources and safety awareness. It is open to all Female identifying (and NB) Riggers / Rope Tops, and bottoms of all genders who want to share skills, provide encouragement, have a desire for growth within the art of rope, and who wish to support their fellow rope enthusiast. Bottoms do not need to be Female identifying (and NB) but the Top / Rigger must be. This group was founded by 2 Feel The Fire, Ms Jess Hawk, and Ms Mandy VonStrange. The current leader of Fem Rope Hampton Roads is Ms Mandy VonStrange. Meeting formats include a focus look at a Female identifying (and NB) Rigger and her style through video, books and pictures (and presentations in the future), a Topic and focus tie. The educational is followed by an open tie. In the future we hope to be able to bring in the Rigger themselves for a workshop in the Hampton Roads Area. This group is not designed in anyway to take the place of support groups within the rope community, rather encourage and address special challenges faced by Female in rope. We encourage members to continue to seek resources and practice time with Hampton Roads Rope Bite, Williamsburg Rope Bite and Richmond and surrounding areas.
